Eligibility We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will arrange a full refund or replacement immediately.

Non-Refundable Items Items that have been used, modified, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for a refund.
