SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Excavatorun ships equipment to eligible delivery locations within the areas we currently serve.

Estimated processing and transit times displayed on our website or communicated to customers are estimates unless we expressly provide a guaranteed delivery commitment in writing.

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, road closures, natural disasters, labor disruptions, mechanical problems, government restrictions, incorrect delivery information, remote delivery locations, or other transportation disruptions.

Tracking information will be provided when available after the shipment has been dispatched.

FREIGHT AND HEAVY-EQUIPMENT DELIVERY

Heavy equipment may require specialized freight delivery.

Before ordering, customers should ensure that the delivery location can safely accommodate the applicable freight vehicle and equipment.

Depending on the shipment and carrier, the customer may be responsible for providing suitable unloading equipment or arranging an appropriate unloading method unless another delivery arrangement has been expressly confirmed in writing.

Customers purchasing equipment for delivery to a residential property should inform us before shipment if they do not have appropriate unloading equipment, have restricted road access, require specialized unloading service, have a narrow driveway or restricted entrance, or have any other delivery limitation.

Additional charges resulting from incorrect delivery information, failed delivery attempts, inaccessible locations, storage, redelivery, or special services requested after dispatch may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

DELIVERY INSPECTION

Customers should inspect their shipment at delivery whenever reasonably possible.

If the shipment shows visible damage, customers should document the condition with photographs and notify the carrier and Excavatorun promptly.

When appropriate, visible freight damage should be noted on the delivery receipt before signing.

Failure to report visible damage promptly may affect our ability to pursue a freight claim with the carrier.

Concealed shipping damage should be reported to us as soon as reasonably possible after discovery.

RETURNS

Eligible products may be returned in accordance with our separate Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Customers should review the Return & Refund Policy before completing an order, particularly because heavy machinery and freight returns may involve special requirements.

Products must not be returned without following the return authorization procedure described in our Return & Refund Policy.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method.

Processing times after a refund is issued depend on the customer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Shipping charges, return freight charges, restocking charges, or other costs may be deducted from a refund only when permitted by law and disclosed under our Return & Refund Policy.

WARRANTY

Products advertised with a warranty are covered according to the warranty terms applicable to that product.

Where a product is specifically advertised by Excavatorun as including a 2-year warranty, that warranty applies subject to its stated terms, exclusions, and limitations.

Warranty coverage generally relates to qualifying defects and does not automatically cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, ordinary wear, consumable components, or operation contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.

PARTS, ATTACHMENTS AND COMPATIBILITY

Customers are responsible for ensuring that attachments, accessories, replacement parts, hydraulic tools, buckets, augers, breakers, quick couplers, and other components are appropriate for their equipment and intended application.

If you are uncertain about compatibility, please contact us before purchasing.

Installation or use of an incompatible or unauthorized component may damage equipment and may affect applicable warranty coverage.
